What can I say. Moved out to Jacksonville and a friend of mine said he knew a real estate agent. I met with Shauna via email while still in Denver. My wife and I sent to Shauna what we were looking for. I met with her and saw a few properties. Then I had my wife fly out to meet Shauna and find a house. My wife had two days. 13 showings in one day and the final 4 the next day. Shauna was patient and awesome. After speaking with Shauna my husband and I decided to give her a shot at selling our townhouse. And purchasing another home. Shauna came into our townhouse and with honest confidence told us what we could get for our townhouse. Within less then 24 hours on the market we had accepted an offer and the search was underway for our new home. After a few failed offers “not her fault, lending issues with buyers” we finally had another full price offer. She showed us every house that we wanted to see and she went above and beyond to make sure we had the options we wanted. We made an offer started the inspection process then we threw her a curve ball. We wanted to go look at another house even though we had an contract started already. She was up front and told us what we would loose if we switched, but she was more than happy and willing to take us to see what ever house we wanted. After seeing the other home we knew this was the house for us. Shauna understood and fought to get us as much back as she could from the first contract. We are now in our new home and love it. Shauna is very knowledgeable and up front. If she didn’t know something she would find out and get an answer for us ASAP. Thru texts and emails we talked daily it seemed. I can't say enough positive things about Savannah. She was sending me listings even before we flew out to Florida. She knew we were flying into Florida for two weeks with the goal to find a house. She was always available and willing to show us as many houses as we liked all up and down Florida from Palatka all the way to Callahan. We even changed our home criteria and she just rolled with it and found us an amazing brick home on an acre. She even got a lender for us when ours did not allow through. There are so many positive things I can say about my experience with Savannah. I think the most important one that still sticks out 2 months after closing is the dedication she gave to me as a client. At time I wondered if she even had other clients because of the amount of time and focus she gave to my home buying experience. Through the entire process never did I wonder if she had my best interest in mind. I had very little knowledge on what all would take place during the process but Savannah made sure to field any questions I had literally at anytime I asked one. When I get ready to buy again I will definitely make sure to find you first! I’ll say this…after all the headache and change of course that took place during my 6 month home buying process, I was a bit sad once it was over because I no longer had an excuse to work with you!
